Partner Training
Personal training can also be set up as a semi-private session with two individuals sharing one trainer. It’s always more fun to train with a buddy and more affordable, too.

Group Training
Our group personal training makes fitness affordable and fun while providing accountability, encouragement and social support. Group Sessions are limited to no more than 10 people to ensureindividualized instruction and supervision. Groups consisting of more than 10 will require additional trainers.

Personalized Programs
Personalized Program Development allows you to meet with a personal trainer in person or online to assess your current level of fitness and to review your health and fitness goals. From there, we will design a personalized fitness and nutrition program based on your goals, ability, age, gender, and experience level.
